  • Hi, I'm Brad. I’ve been coaching since 2019 when I studied personal training to answer the questions I had when starting my fitness journey. I had no intention of actually coaching, but as I’m sure you’re aware, the fitness industry is a minefield of misleading information.

    I wanted to share what I had learned to inspire, motivate, and make change easier for others.

  • My approach to training and nutrition is to make fitness simple and accessible. While training and nutrition are important, I believe there is more to life than spending hours in the gym or weighing out your food. My coaching style focuses on working with you to build an easy-to-follow program that teaches you the basics one step at a time. I’ve found fitness to be extremely overwhelming, so I aim to make it simple for you. It’s amazing what we’ve been able to help our clients achieve with a few easy lifestyle changes and some consistency.

  • Hi, I'm Brooke. I was a very sporty kid growing up, but life pressures and full-time shift work as a Registered Nurse led me to not knowing who I was. I was looking after everyone but myself and became the unhealthiest version of myself. I found the gym a very intimidating place to step into, but I invested in myself by working with a PT (Brad) and once I started, I never looked back.

    The growth I have seen physically and mentally since starting strength training and figuring out what I really wanted from my health, fitness, and life in general has been transformative.

  • My approach to training and nutrition is to make the gym a fun, easy, and life-changing step for you. I understand that the gym can be scary (I’ve been there), but I aim to make it a fun and approachable experience. Finding a sustainable approach to work for your lifestyle so you can start feeling your happiest, healthiest self is my goal. I want to provide a safe space for you to talk about all things health, fitness, and your own body to figure out the best way to work towards your goals, whatever they may be!
